It’s ideal for women who want continuous access to expert guidance, convenient prescription refills, and exclusive discounts on supplements and wellness treatments.

What is included in the unlimited messaging with Dr. Skrzypek?

Unlimited messaging allows you to ask questions, receive guidance, and get clarifications about your treatment plan through the NaturaMed Portal. It does not replace a full consultation or follow-up visit, but it ensures you have consistent access to Dr. Skrzypek’s expertise.

Can I get a diagnosis, treatment, or detailed clinical discussions with Dr. Skrzypek in the Non-hormonal Therapy Messaging Membership?

No, the portal messaging system is not intended for diagnosis, treatment, or detailed clinical discussions.

What portal messages are for:

Quick administrative questions (e.g., scheduling, forms, billing)

Brief updates between appointments (e.g., “I started the new supplement,” “Lab sample was dropped off”)

Clarification on something already discussed in your visit

Requesting refills for approved medications/supplements

For your safety and to provide the highest standard of care, any new symptoms, treatment changes, or concerns requiring medical evaluation must be addressed in a scheduled appointment.

What’s the difference between the Non-Hormonal Therapy and Hormonal Therapy memberships?

Non-Hormonal Therapy Memberships are for women managing their hormonal health without hormone replacement therapy (HRT). These plans provide messaging access to Dr. Skrzypek, health coaching (depending on tier), and wellness discounts.

Hormonal Therapy Memberships include all Non-HRT benefits plus two 45-minute follow-up visits per year with Dr. Skrzypek to monitor and adjust hormone therapy as needed.

 How do the health coaching sessions work?

Health coaching sessions are one-on-one virtual appointments designed to support your wellness journey. Your coach will help you implement lifestyle, and nutrition tailored to your needs. Members who choose the Comprehensive Membership Plans receive four coaching sessions per year.

Are my lab tests covered in the membership?

Memberships include access to your lab results through the NaturaMed Portal, but new lab tests are not included in the membership fee. However, members receive guidance on interpreting their results and discussing next steps with Dr. Skrzypek.

Do I need a membership to continue working with Dr. Skrzypek?

Yes, a membership is required for ongoing support with Dr Skrzypek.

Can I switch my membership tier later?

Yes! If you need additional support, you can upgrade your membership at any time. Downgrades are also possible with 30 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.

Do memberships cover the cost of supplements?

No, the cost of supplements is separate, but members receive a 20% discount on all supplements, making it a cost-effective way to maintain their health.

How do the discounts on acupuncture and skin treatments work?

Members receive 5% off acupuncture and skin treatments at NaturaMed. This discount helps support whole-body wellness, including stress relief, detoxification, and skin health.

How do I sign up or cancel my membership?
